Sidney Bloch is an emeritus professor in the Department of Psychiatry and the Center for Health and Society at the University of Melbourne. He is the former chief editor of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry and�the author of 13 books, including Codes of Ethics and the Professions and Foundations of Clinical Psychiatry.
