All I can really say about this book is that it was helpful for the class, arrived on time, very sturdy and I will be keeping it in my book collection for future use. It is useful for reading education. The price was okay.

It feels like it should be the companion to a book or ...

I thought this would give more information on what to do with it and how this works to help a teacher. Instead, it is a large flip chart without any real explanation behind how it is used. Not worth much. I will be offering it for sale "used" on Amazon now to get rid of it. I have a M.Ed. in special ed with hundreds of books on reading and special ed topics - this is the first one I haven't been able to pick up and use. It feels like it should be the companion to a book or textbook on the topic - not a stand-alone guide.
